Product Specialist (Sales) - Make up to $100,000 per year!

We are looking for product specialists for our showrooms in Groton, New London, Norwich and Colchester. We're a great fit for applicants who are looking for their first automotive career or those that are looking to take their automotive career to a new level! We are passionate about helping our customers and are always looking for good people.

As a product specialist you will get an hourly base pay of $39,000+ per year, plus a vehicle bonus for each vehicle delivered and other incentive bonuses.

Parts Counter Person – Antonino Auto Group

We are adding to our team of professionals at Antonino Auto Group. We currently need an additional experienced Parts Counter Person. Antonino Auto Group has 8 dealerships providing diverse opportunities for those who are interested in growing with the company. Come grow with us!

Qualifications:

• Experience with auto parts sales desirable
• Be able to multi-task in a fast paced operation
• Exceptional communication and customer service qualities
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
• Provides high level service to internal and external customers.
• Pulls and fills orders from stock
• Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.
• Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order

Call Center Customer Service Representative – Antonino Auto Group

They love helping people and add to the easy and enjoyable experience that keeps our customers coming back for their regular maintenance and repairs. They are confident communicators. They listen more than they talk, and are excellent with detail. You can expect paid training and support from your team to help you become a first-rate Customer Service Representative. Call center experience not required. Come learn, work and grow with us!

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Answering all customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Determining customer’s primary concern and scheduling the necessary appointment.
• Communicating with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time.
• Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions.
• Developing your knowledge base of the evolving products and services and needs of the dealerships.
• Establishing great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Working as a team player to uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communicating.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction.
• Inbound and Outbound customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Good computer skills and the ability to manage multiple computer programs simultaneously.
